New Book Practice Guide for Enforcement Cases: A Complete Q&A Handbook Co-authored by DONGYOU Lawyers Zhou Wen and Wang Jilong Published

Recently, Practice Guide for Enforcement Cases: A Complete Q&A Handbook, co-authored by Lawyers Zhou Wen and Wang Jilong of DONGYOU LAW FIRM, was officially published by China Legal Publishing House. The book is now available on JD.com, Dangdang.com and Taobao.
Structured in a concise Q&A format aligned with enforcement procedures, the book compiles legal norms, practical experience and typical cases covering enforcement initiation, enforcement proceedings, case closure and enforcement review. It includes 876 questions and corresponding answers, forming a comprehensive, well-structured, systematic and user-friendly reference book designed to be “easy to read, easy to retrieve, easy to apply”.
Compiled based on the authors’ hands-on experience in handling enforcement cases, the book addresses two prominent realities: case backlogs and difficulties in realizing creditors’ rights caused by limited resources for enforcement, and the lack of systematic legal norms governing the enforcement field. It systematically sorts out legal norms governing enforcement and practical experience in case handling in light of the Draft Law on Civil Compulsory Enforcement. The book not only enables non-legal professionals to understand enforcement procedures, identify potential issues in the enforcement process and grasp preliminary solutions; but also serves as a “practice handbook” for legal professionals. In particular, when fellow lawyers encounter difficulties in handling enforcement cases, they can quickly find solutions and corresponding legal provisions by referring to this book.
